Immo Off Emulator for BMW. From a classic E30 to a modern F30.
Julie™ BMW is a brand-specific emulator from CarLabImmo that replaces the immobiliser signal in BMW ECUs. One emulator covers engine and 8HP EGS swaps on F-Series and E-Series cars, ECU replacement on E-Series cars with EWS4, CAS or FEM, Bosch and Siemens ECUs in older cars with EWS II and III, and ESL | ELV signal replacement in BMW and Mini.

01. BMW F-Series and E-Series* vehicles: engine and EGS swap
16-byte ISN
Supported swaps
- Engine + 8HP EGS swap
- Engine-only swap
- EGS-only swap
The original car (donor) must meet these requirements
- It has one of these modules: EWS4 / CAS / FEM
- The ISN in the ECU content has 16 bytes
- The ISN in the EGS content has 16 bytes (optional, if your project requires it)

The procedure will not work if the recipient car is equipped with an EWS4 / CAS / FEM module.

02. BMW E-Series vehicles with EWS4 | CAS | FEM module and 16-byte ISN codes
16-byte ISN
Start the car after replacing a damaged ECU.
Determine the 16-byte ISN code from the second-hand ECU and write it into the Julie 24C02 EEPROM. If the car has an EGS (8HP automatic gearbox), or you want to replace it, determine the 16-byte EGS ISN code and write it into the ECU memory.

03. Check the ECU after Immo OFF with Immo Bypass software
After making Immo OFF with Immo Bypass software, use this program to check that the procedure was successful, before you install the ECU in the car.

- BMW vehicles with a 4-pin ESL plug (works if the wiring from the ESL plug doesn't have +12V power)
⚠️ Attention
You must reset the fault counter in the CAS module.
